Reverend Dr. Victor T. McCullough


The Rev. Dr. Victor T. McCullough, Senior Pastor of Quayle United Methodist Church (UMC) is a native of Dallas, Texas.  He served as pastor of the Mount Zion United Methodist charge in Paris, ArthurCity, and Honey Grove, TX, from June, 1990 to May, of 1994.  Until August of 2005, Rev. McCullough was the pastor of the Mount Zion UMC in New Orleans, LA. 

He is an ordained elder in the UnitedMethodistChurch and was trained at the Gammon Theological Seminary of the InterdenominationalTheologicalCenter in Atlanta, GA, where he earned the Master’s of Divinity degree.  Pastor McCullough graduated from the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. earning the Doctor of Ministry degree. 

 Dr.  McCullough is married to the former Nancy J. Davis, of Banks (El Dorado), Arkansas.  They have four children, Aloise, Telana, Nile, and ViaFaith.  

The McCullough family evacuated New Orleans following hurricane Katrina.  The Lord led them to Tulsa, OK where Rev. McCullough served seven months as interim pastor of the Trinity UMC in Tulsa, OK.  In June 2006, he was appointed to serve as pastor of Quayle UMC in Oklahoma City.  Under Pastor McCullough’s leadership, Quayle has embarked upon establishing a church-wide ministry discipleship system.
